First week with herbal life

Hello guys! Welcome back!


I hope you are all doing fine! :) Well, let's dive into the post!


This is my first impressions about the brand herbal life. The brand has a broad range of products, like powders full of nutrients, protein bars and lots of other things. So I am really excited to talk about the already good influence this product and brand has on me.


The brand works with coaches they help you watch your weight, give you advice and measure your progress.


So my issue is that I skip meals, mostly breakfast sometimes even lunch. And I eat lots of sweets which is absolutely not healthy. My goal is to become more fit and to lose a little amount of weight.


I started this programm with a coach. She is helping me become more disciplined. I quit chocolate, and I started with a protein formule 1 shake with cappuccino flavour. I make this shake in the morning and drink it before I go to school. It it is important though that it is necessary to eat breakfast or drink the shake within two hours after you wake up. I drink my shake with milk or soya milk.

So what I immediately noticed is that I was more energetic during the day. I do not need to take naps after school. I am more active and more focused. I feel like my day is more in balance. The first 2-3 days I was tired in the evening so I went to sleep like around 9 PM or 10 PM. Now I still have energy until 11 PM but that is my limit.


I started doing my 7 minute - workout, since I started my protein shakes. I feel a lot better after doing them. I am planning to start jogging again. But that is for later.


Some days like right now I feel like it does not do any good, or that I mostly look bloated. It is because I don't drink regularly only during meals. I should pay attention to that. Sometimes I really crave chocolate. Then again my skin looks and feels smoother without chocolate even with the same skin care routine.


Watching what I eat is not the only thing I do. I started doing exercises in the evening.

For that I use 8-fit and I am using a free-plan for this. I am not someone who likes to waste money on apps. It works really good for me and every day I am doing different types of exercises.
